BROOKE ROGERS
Brooke started riding when she was just seven years old and took some of her first lessons from Sarah Gove. She won her first world title as a walk-trot rider and continued to collect equitation world titles as a junior exhibitor. Brooke completed the Morgan saddle seat equitation triple crown - The AMHA Saddle Seat Gold Medal, the UPHA Morgan Senior Challenge Cup, and the Senior Saddle Seat Equitation World Championship. When she aged out of equitation, Brooke shared her beloved Hollybrook Romeo GCH with Nason Vallante and then the students of Taylor River Farm.
Brooke shares her love of the Morgan horse with everyone that meets her. She has a background in education and her warm personality welcomes every student to Great Island as they learn the foundational basics of riding. When she’s not instructing beginner riders, Brooke can be found in the barn mentoring students and teaching them the basics of hands on horsemanship. She’s always willing to offer a helping hand to riders of all abilities, whether that be encouraging them to attend their first horse show or picking out their first suit.
